"TM Kobza" - what's it?

You’ve caught the idea – the TM emblem is the sign of a trademark. Group Kobza Ltd. has officially registered the group’s name so as its logo as trademarks on different trade classes. That means that no one from now on can use the name "Kobza" marking his goods or services in Ukraine. So as the music group’s name – there can’t be two or more "Kobzas" in Ukraine. We realize that starting a new era of group’s life after a big interval would cause both positive and negative attitude. So as one could decide to make another group with the same name using the success of the legendary "Kobza". Many post-soviet groups have been divided into several projects because of ignorance of questions concerning trademark and copyright law.
We want Ukraine to be presented with a single "Kobza" but a good-managed one. The right "Kobza" that gathered stadiums of people here and abroad, the right "Kobza" that is known for its original distinctive sound, the right "Kobza" we have an honor to work with and to present to you.
So that's the reason why we’ve registered this name as a trademark.
